With Vraym you can publish videos and text (Vrayms). Videos and text are protected by copyright. It is illegal to publish materials without permission from the copyright holder. Please note that the mere fact that the video is published elsewhere on the internet does not imply permission to publish that video.
We will remove content that violates copyright, and your account may be suspended in such a case.
As Vraym operates under Dutch law, you cannot rely on the "fair use" doctrine under US copyright law. The only reason for legally using someone else's video is if you incorporate a fragment into your own video as part of a commentary or review (citation right).
If you are a copyright holder and believe a video violates your rights, please contact us. There is also a report button on every video player. We will investigate the report as soon as possible and get in touch with you to resolve the issue. Please include some form of proof that you own the copyright to the video. If you are not the copyright holder, you must declare you are authorized to speak on his or her behalf.
